Responsibly Returning to Work Amid a Pandemic

Webinar: Friday, May 1 @ 10am

As Alabama and the nation begin taking steps to reopen the economy, employers struggle with how to balance the need to get back to business and create an environment where customers and employees feel confident and safe to engage again. This webinar will focus on some best practices and guidance for restarting the economic engine in these uncertain times.

Valent Group’s Safety and Loss Control Specialist Tim Rogers has published a custom guide that helps businesses comply with CDC and other government agency recommendations for reopening. The guide, “Returning to Work in a COVID-19 World” is available online for download. Tim will be sharing an overview of the guide as well as additional safety considerations.

Constangy attorneys Tom Scroggins and Brooke Nixon are employment litigation prevention and defense lawyers and will be discussing what companies need to consider from a legal perspective as they reopen.

Our panelists also will be hosting a Q&A with webinar participants. Additional details on speaker topics will be shared prior to the event.
