We’re excited to share that Maggie Littrell Mange, PHR, SHRM-CP, has joined our employee benefits team as vice president.

“Our employee benefits group is known for going beyond benefits — offering HR, compliance, wellness, data analytics, plan design, strategy and beyond,” said Cooper Johnson, Valent Group’s benefits practice leader. “Maggie brings just the kind of seasoned experience our clients need to continue navigating and managing their healthcare costs.”

Mange comes to us after an impressive 13-year career in employee benefits. She served most recently at Stephens Insurance, a division of a family-owned investment bank based in Arkansas, where she was a senior vice president providing employee benefits consulting to a variety of clients.

She also served as a benefits consultant with Cobbs Allen, and prior to that, as a benefits client manager with Robins & Morton. Mange brings a client’s perspective from her time in HR with Coats & Co., and in banking and as a loss control representative.

In her new role as vice president, Mange will provide our clients with benefits consulting, including plan design and cost-saving strategies, and will lead a service team dedicated to meeting the daily needs of our clients’ executive and HR teams.

“I’m thrilled to be onboard with Valent Group and to serve our employee benefits clients,” said Mange. “The Valent Group employee benefits team is highly respected across the state of Alabama because of their commitment to solving problems with innovative solutions and delivering a top client service experience to the middle market. It’s an exciting time to be a part of this team and to grow with Valent Group.”

Mange is a graduate of The University of Alabama.
