The IRS released drafts of Forms 1094-C, 1095-C, 1094-B, 1095-B and instructions for employers to report on health coverage offered in 2019, as required by the Affordable Care Act. The forms and instructions are similar to last year’s documents, so employers and reporting vendors should expect little if any change in the reporting process.
These materials were issued as drafts to serve as an indication of 2019 reporting requirements, but should not be used for actual filing due in early 2020. Final forms and instructions will follow.
